Join a team that operates SaaS service that provides 24x7 Cloud Applicative services.
The team runs the change and configuration management, owns the monitoring and up-time of the services and applications, trouble shooting of incident and problems and manages the capacity and cloud resources.
Ops manages the Public Clouds which is the infrastructure for our service and the integrations to 3rd party tools and SaaS services (e.g. billing, processing, CRM).
Team works closely with R&D, Support, marketing and Sales for push forward the company aggressive business goals.
The service operations is customer centric and is driven from technical and business objectives.
- Experience with operation of production systems
- Experience with SaaS operations is a big advantage
- Knowledge of Linux environments
- Systemic understanding and experience with large distributed and complex systems
- Experience with Public Cloud, IaaS as AWS is an advantage.
- Networking technologies knowledge is an advantage. Also infrastructure knowledge and experience of working with Data-Centers is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a stressing customer-oriented 24x7 service environment
